Defensive Carbine Clinic II (4.5 HRS)
Prerequisite: Defensive Carbine I (8hrs), equivalent training (8-hours or more from another reputable training company ) or multiple carbine courses totaling 8-hours or more (i.e. completing our Defensive Carbine I Clinic (4.5 hours) twice.
i.e If the student has taken 8 hours of carbine training from another reputable training company/instructor, they don’t have to take our Carbine I class (or clinic) to attend our level 2 class or clinic. Our classes are NOT a prerequisite but training from a reputable company/instructor or competition experience is required.
Description
This is a continuation of our Defensive Carbine series (AR Platform 5.56/.223) that includes additional drills. Training consists additional drills to include live fire malfunction clearance drills. We will begin with a review of the topics and fundamentals of marksmanship from Defensive Carbine I and move into more advanced drills. Students will continue to improve their carbine handling skills while reinforcing the fundamentals of marksmanship. Timed drills with help the student learn the balance between speed and accuracy. Students will also learn self-diagnostic skills to continue development of their own personal performance.
** YOUR CARBINE MUST BE ZEROED PRIOR TO THIS CLINIC**

Range Note
All first-time users of the NRA range will be asked to complete a written range safety test prior to shooting. There is a one-time $10 processing fee for the range test.
