Instructor Development Skills (2 DAYS)

Until further notice, the P320 and all its variants are currently not permitted in Green Ops classes.

Prerequisite: Previous pistol courses (totaling 16 hours) or USPSA “C” Classification/IDPA Marksman or higher. Our classes are NOT a prerequisite but training from a reputable company/instructor or competition experience is required.

Description

This is the first in our series of advanced “Instructor-Level” courses focused on elevating your shooting skills. While designed with instructor development in mind, you don’t need to be an instructor to attend. This course is ideal for: Aspiring Instructors looking to raise their shooting capabilities, Current Instructors aiming to enhance their performance, and Competitive or Defensive shooters who want to bring their skills to the next level. This intensive 2-day course provides structured, hands-on training to help students improve their Practical Pistol skills. You will learn how to train effectively and efficiently, focusing on both shooting mechanics and firearm manipulation. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with the knowledge and training methodology needed to continue improving your skills on your own—whether your goal is success in defensive scenarios, competitive arenas, or instructional excellence. Students will be required to commit to a 30-day training plan following the course. During this period, they must complete daily 30-minute dry-fire sessions and participate in a minimum of two live-fire sessions. Students will also be expected to upload video recordings of their dry-fire practice as part of their ongoing development and accountability.
