Mike is a retired U.S. Army senior leader with over two decades of military service, including
extensive time in specialized units focused on high-level operational missions. Throughout his
career, he served in multiple leadership and instructor roles, developing expertise in small arms,
precision shooting, and performance under pressure.

He brings to Green Ops a depth of experience built on real-world application of the same
principles taught in its courses—emphasizing accountability, efficiency, and consistency in
performance.

In addition to his military background, Mike has trained with many of the shooting industry’s top
professionals, continuously refining his approach to both competition and instruction.
His military education includes advanced leadership and marksmanship programs, along with
numerous professional certifications and awards recognizing his service and contributions.

Mike is an active USPSA competitor and holds an A classification in Carry Optics, applying
performance-based shooting principles to both training and competition.
