Paul is an active-duty member of the United States Air Force with nine years of service. Starting his career in Security Forces, he now serves as a Combat Arms Instructor, specializing in small arms training across the spectrum—from pistols to machine guns. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in small arms instruction, with a strong focus on red dot pistol employment.

In addition to his Combat Arms role, Paul is also an instructor for the Combat Leaders Course (CLC), where he teaches ground combat skills to both Non-Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers within the Security Forces community. He holds a Breacher certification through Global Strike Security Forces and has earned two Excellence-in-Competition (EIC) medals for his performance in Air Force pistol and rifle marksmanship competitions.

Paul actively competes in USPSA in the Carry Optics division and brings that competitive mindset into the classroom and range to enhance training realism and performance.
